SDF Registration Procedures Step 1 If your company has not been registered with SDF 1 Your company have to register as a COMPANY with SDF EasyNet via SDF homepage at www.sdf.gov.sg . 2 Click on "Registration" as shown in the figure below.
3 You will be brought to the "Registration" page. Click on "Company Registration" as illustrated in the figure below.
4 Complete the online registration form as shown below.
5 You must read through the terms and conditions of registration as a SDF EasyNet user by clicking on "View Terms and Conditions". You can also print the terms and conditions by clicking on "Print Terms and Conditions" as shown in the figure below.
6 Your Chief Executive officer (CEO) must read the terms and conditions and indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions as shown in the figure below. 7 Click "Submit"
8 If the information in the registration form is incomplete/ invalid, the SDF EasyNet will prompt you to complete the form with valid information as shown below.
9 Upon successful transmission of the registration form, an entry reference number will be displayed. Please note the entry reference number which will you enquire your application status with SDF. 10 Upon approval of your registration as a SDF EasyNet user, a pin mailer detailing your login ID and password will be sent to the email address specified in the application form. The pin mailer will also contains acknowledgement and Interbank GIRO form. This will take 2 to 3 weeks. 11 The acknowledgement slip is to be completed and signed by your CEO. Fill in the interbank GIRO form and send it to your bank for confirmation if your company intend to pay the unsupported amount of course fee to the school via GIRO. You are required to return the acknowledgement and/ or Interbank GIRO form(s) to SDF. You can fax to 6512 1333. 12 Your account, login ID and password will only be activated upon SDF receipt of the acknowledgement and/ or Interbank GIRO form(s) |
